What Is Art Paper?

Art paper is also called coated printing paper. As premium printing paper, which is made from base paper coated with white paint. It is mainly used to print the covers and illustrations of high-level books and periodicals, color pictures, various exquisite commodity advertisements, samples, commodity packaging, brochures, etc.

Coated paper flat paper size is positive (787mm*1092mm), generous (889mm*1194); quantitative is 70-350gsm.

Coated paper is processed by super calendering, there are two types: single-sided and double-sided.

The surface is smooth, the whiteness is high, and the ink absorption and inking performance are very good.

Coated paper weight

Common: 70, 80, 100, 105, 115, 120, 128, 150, 157, 180, 200, 210, 240, 250gsm. Different gram weights are used in different purposes and situations.

105g and 128g coated paper are mostly used in magazine inner pages, inserts and large quantities of low-grade publicity materials.

157g coated paper is mostly used in single pages, folded pages, inside pages of picture albums, posters, etc.

200g, 250g coated paper are mostly used in high-quality single pages, posters, album covers, inner pages, cards, packaging boxes, etc.

300g, 350g coated paper are mostly used in album covers, inner pages, cards, business cards, invitations, packaging boxes, handbags, etc.
